A clear order brief helps prevent wrong names, missing messages and deadline confusion. Send one final version of your instructions rather than several conflicting chat messages.
Copy this practical brief
Recipient name: __. Pronunciation: __. Occasion: __. Exact sign text: __. Requested spoken greeting: __. Preferred team/product: __. Music preference: __. Optional photo: __. Required date and time zone: __. Delivery email: __. Intended use: private message / party screen / public post. Put “no preference” where a detail is not important.
Separate words to record from notes to the seller
Write the greeting inside quotation marks. Put pronunciation, filming requests and deadlines in separate lines. For example: Sign text: “Happy Birthday Maya! Love from Chris.” Production note: “Maya is pronounced MY-ah.” This makes it easier to distinguish the finished message from instructions that should never appear on screen.
Resolve essential details before checkout
If the performance depends on a specific song, language, outfit or delivery time, ask for confirmation first. Do not treat an unanswered request as acceptance. Use the listing’s current customization fields, then keep a copy of the final brief and your order number. Share any photo only if you have permission to use it.
After submitting the order
Check your email address and monitor order messages. Send missing details with your existing order number instead of creating another purchase. If you need a correction, contact the seller promptly; changes after filming begins may not be possible. This checklist reduces ambiguity but does not replace the seller’s confirmation of availability and production timing.
