For a personalized dance greeting, send the song title, artist and the exact version you mean. Confirm availability before ordering if the music is essential, and discuss public posting separately from private gifting.
Identify the song precisely
A title alone may refer to several recordings. Include the artist and a reference link where possible. If only a section matters, describe that section or give a timestamp as a request. Keep a second choice ready and explain whether you would accept the team’s usual music if your first choice is unavailable.
Music preference is different from choreography
A request for a favourite track does not automatically mean the performers will create a new routine to match it. Ask whether the service includes an existing dance style, a music change or bespoke choreography. Confirm any extra work and pricing before production rather than adding essential instructions after checkout.
Think about where the video will be played
A private birthday message, a party screening and an advertisement are different uses. Ask about the permissions relevant to your plan. A custom video order does not by itself prove that a copyrighted song is cleared for every social platform or commercial campaign. Keep permission questions separate from the creative brief.
A useful music request example
“Preferred track: [title] by [artist], version: [link]. This is for a private birthday gift. We prefer the chorus if possible, but the standard dance presentation is acceptable. Please confirm whether the track can be included.” If a request cannot be confirmed, choose a supported alternative. This gives the seller a practical decision rather than an open-ended instruction.
